Can I choose which faces to hide?

Yes. Use automatic face detection as a starting point, then choose the areas you want to cover. You can also add an area manually if a face is missed.

Will my original photo change?

No. BlurX saves an edited copy. Review that copy before sharing, especially when a photo contains small text or many faces.

Can I edit videos or PDF files?

BlurX currently edits photos and screenshots. Video editing and direct PDF editing are not supported. To cover details from a document, open a photo or screenshot of it.

Does the app work entirely offline?

Photo editing is processed on your device. The app also uses advertising and analytics services, which may connect to the internet. See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling.

Are emoji and blur suitable for every kind of detail?

Choose the cover for the content. Emoji and blur are useful visual options for faces; a solid block is the better choice for sensitive text. Make sure the whole detail is covered and inspect your saved copy.
